Janet Hansen Martinet became intrigued with watercolor in high school and majored in Art at R-MWC ; she made Manassas her home in 1988 and her naturalistic works may include pen & ink or collage. Janet is a Signature Member of the Virginia Watercolor Society, the Potomac Valley Watercolorists and the Baltimore Watercolor Society.
Janet works in watercolor, sometimes adding contour lines in ink or on different grounds. A keen natural observer, she hopes to add a little magic to her paintings.
