About the Artist: Lynn Martin is a scientist turned artist. She blends scientific precision and artistic exploration in creating art that both honors and reimagines the world around us. Her artistic journey began with detailed drawings and pen-and-ink botanical and scientific illustrations. Currently she embraces a diverse and experimental approach to art, using acrylics, watercolors, and mixed media to create vibrant, layered compositions. She hopes her paintings encourage us to pause and more closely consider the connections in the world around us.
